The following occurs with a telephone reservation:
- If we are massaging, we have to interrupt the massage or if we do not want to antagonize our current customer, you cannot make your reservation and you might feel annoying, because nobody picked up the phone.
- If we were to take your reservation by phone, it may happen that another customer has simultanously made an online reservation for the same appointment time, which will ultimately result in chaos, whereby we could then be portrayed as unprofessional, what we want to prevent.
- You will only receive an automatic appointment reminder if we manually enter your reservation ourselfs in our reservation system, i.e. we first have to search for your email address and then enter it correctly in the reservation, otherwise you will not receive an appointment reminder.
- Linguistic misunderstandings can easily arise in a telephone conversation, which usually leads to unpleasant consequences.
The following occurs with an online reservation:
- After you have entered your reservation in a few minutes, you will automatically receive a request confirmation, please also check your spam folder if you cannot find any email from us in your inbox.
- As soon as we have approved your request, normally less than 1 1/2 hours, you will automatically receive a definite appointment confirmation.
- You will automatically receive an appointment reminder 1 hour before your appointment.
- As therapists, we also receive an appointment reminder 1/2 hour before the start of your appointment.
- There are no misunderstandings and therefore no disappointments for you.
- We can focus more on massaging than on administration.
