We take customer satisfaction personally, therefore we strive for the goal that our regular customers get the best of us every day. This begins with kindness, hospitality, quality of work and last but not least with attractive promotions for our regular customers. And believe me or not, I am aware of their importance.
To enjoy the advantages for regular customers please note, that you have to be logged in to see promotions (pop-ups, smart notification bars, posts or pages) specially created for our regular customers, otherwise you will only see the promotions for visitors.
Please take into account that even our business is committed to efficiency and that is why we will continue to push bookings via our reservation system. Customers who do not want to book through the reservation system can still do so, but we will charge a processing fee. VIP customers are not affected by this regulation.
Customers have repeatedly asked, if we could send them their receipts by email. We have had this requirement implemented by our software manufacturer. You can now receive receipts by email too, if you wish to, just let me know when you pay at the reception desk.
