Vouchers are valid for one year starting from date of purchase.
Massage packages should be used within one year. If the amount is not received within this period in the form of services, the discount for the balance will be waived. The credit itself does not expire.
In the case of making a reservation, holders must identify themselves as voucher holders and quote voucher number at time of booking.
Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the holder we do not accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost or mislaid, protect them as you would cash.
Vouchers may be used for more than one transaction. Cash refunds are not permitted. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
All online vouchers will be confirmed by email. The attached document is your voucher and you should print it.
Email vouchers must be presented on arrival at Hattha. Vouchers that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
Minimum gift voucher value is CHF 110.
Cancellation – Hattha reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if they believe it is a fraudulent transaction.
The total value of your gift voucher will be debited from your PayPal account at the time of purchase.
Where the voucher exceeds the value of CHF 4000.00 Hattha reserves the right to contact the purchaser in the interest of security.
Gift vouchers may not be resold.
Data collection and use are subject to the privacy policy of Hattha.
Hattha reserves the right to refuse redemption of a voucher and request alternative forms of payment if a voucher is fraudulently obtained or used.
Hattha reserves the right to alter, to change and/or to add the terms and conditions of this voucher at any time without notifying the holder.

Note: vouchers are valid for 365 days and can be redeemed at Hattha Thai Massage Basel. Massage packages should be used within one year.
