About 35.05 % of our customers have a pain-level between 2 and 3. Almost 47.84 % suffering from pain (pain-level 4-10) came to us because they felt compelled to do something about their pain. From pain level 4, the quality of life for most people is already quite limited. Unfortunately only 17.11 % of our customers came for massages for prevention reasons. However, a reversal of the numbers would be desirable.
Conclusion
From my experience, I know that most customers in pain have had an odyssey through the healthcare sector before they found their way to Hattha Thai Spa. Here I would like to advocate seeing massages not only as a way of treating pain, but also as a way of preventing pain and stress.
Keep in mind – a good massage tones you up physically and mentally. It is not a luxury – it is an essential way of coping with pressure of modern life. Customers who come to the massage regularly reported reduced pain and increased well-being.
