There are normally 3 states that can caused such a behaviour.
- Please check your SPAM folder at provider and personal side. If the mails are there please add hatthabasel@gmail.com to this whitelist, to prevent some further issues, most of the provider offer such a list.
- Please wait about 30 minutes sometimes there is some delay in the internet.
- If step 1 or step 2 does not solve the issue, please give us as soon as possible a call or send us an eMail hatthabasel@gmail.com with the relevant information (your eMail-address used in your reservation), so we are able to track the problem immediatly.
