If this applies to your case, there is a high probability that you have registered with us with your business e-mail address of the University of Basel (e.g. xy@unibas.ch).
Universities have particularly high security requirements and apparently our email server (smtp2.dc2.gpaas.net) is on a black list for SPAM (SORBS SPAM).
We at Hattha Thai Spa have no influence on this entry and therefore ask you to delete your xy@unibas.ch account in our system and register with us with your private email address, so that you actually receive the emails we have sent.
If you do not use an email address from @unibas.ch, please check your SPAM folder.
If you cannot find our emails there either, please contact us.
Remark:
The problem is solved now as Mr. Stucki from its-support@unibas.ch confirmed on 4.8.2021, our MTA is nomore blacklisted on SORMB SPAM, means in the meantime it got a good reputation.
