Usually I can approve appointment requests from customers nearly immediately or in in less than 1 1/2 hours. In rare cases it can take longer than 2 hours, when I am massaging a customer with a long massage duration. Please also check your SPAM folder,
eMail service providers adjust their SPAM-Rules every now and then, whereupon our appointment approvals sometimes end up in the SPAM-folder and the customer ultimately does not keep his appointment, because he has not received a definitive appointment approval.
The shorter the appointment request, the higher the probability is that the massage appointment will not take place, which is disappointing for both sides.
So it is definitely a good idea when you book as early as you can, so that you and I don’t get into a stressful situation and we will have enough time to track and solve the issue. But in any case, I will do my best.
